Abstract

And to answer it I divided it into an introduction, three topics and conclusion revolve around the concept of waste recycling and types, conditions and steps, and then touched on the legal controls that must be achieved in the process of the Recycling, and also concluded my memorandum with a reminder of the effects of some aspects, and mentioned some of the models of the process established in some The countries of the world, and the most important findings in this memo is that the process of Recycling -'alraskala'- is the most important modern methods of waste because of its great benefits to the environment, the economy and social side treatment, and compliance with legal regulations in accordance with the desired purpose.
