قراءة في خطاب المثاقفة ورهانات العولمة الثقافية الثقافة العالمية :أية إمكانية؟

Abstract

يعيش العقل الغربي مفارقة غريبة ونرجسية مقيتة، فبقدر تماديه في إقصاء ثقافة الآخرين وتهميشها، وإصراره على مصادرة حقهم في الاختلاف والتباين، واستحواذه على مقاليد صوغ القيم والقوانين العالمية، منطلقا من أطروحة عنصرية تقول بتفوق ثقافته، بقدر دعوته إلى الاعتراف بالطابع الكوني الشمولي المبني على الانفتاح الحضاري والتبادل الثقافي والتلاقح الفكري واحترام الخصوصيات الثقافية للشعوب. في هذا السياق، هل يمكن الجزم بنجاح فعل المثاقفة، وبإمكانية قيام ثقافة عالمية إنسانية؟!! . Abstract: The western thought lives in suchastrange abhorrent narcissistic paradox. As much as itspersistence in excluding and marginalizing the culture of others, its insistence on confiscating their right to diffrence and dissimilarity and its seizing the rains of formulating international values and laws; based on a racistthesis claiming the superiority of its culture, it calls in return for recognition of the universalistic character founded on openness of civilization, cultural exchange, intellectual cross-fertilization and respect for the cultural features of nations. In suchacontext, canbecategorical of the success of interculturalism and the possibility that an international human culture maybe initialized?
