Abstract

لم يكن التفكير في البحث عن آلية يناط بها إدارة الدعوي وتطويرها في العديد من الأنظمة القضائية عبثاً، بل جاء من أجل تحقيق غايات محددة لتحقيق العدالة الناجزة حيث تمر الدعوي بعدة إجراءات طويلة ومعقدة ابتداء من تبليغ الأطراف، وصولاً إلي النطق بالحكم، وهو غالباً ما يستهلك وقتاً طويلاً من عمر الدعوي. أما في ظل نظام إجراءات التقاضي الإلكترونية ، فإن الجزء الأكبر من تلك الإجراءات سيتم تحت إشراف قاضي و موظف متخصص وفني ولكن كيف سيتم هذا بالقضاء المدني ؟ , وما هو الوضع بالنظم القضائية المقارنة The search for and development of a mechanism entrusted to the prosecution in many judicial systems was not in vain, but to achieve specific objectives of achieving effective justice, as the case goes through several long and complicated procedures, from the notification of the parties to the pronouncement of the sentence.
