Abstract

This study aims to identify the contribution of e-learning in improving the training at the University of continuous formation from the point of view of the authors, where we conducted a field study at the University of continuous formation in the el oued, where it relied on a questionnaire distributed to the components of the training course (November 2019), and to achieve the goals, and to test the hypotheses, the study relied on a range of statistical tools and programs, including spss vs20, and our study concluded with a set of conclusions and suggestions, including on the University of continuous formation in the el oued the need to renew and modernize its infrastructure to keep up with the need to keep up with its infrastructure to keep up with the Rapid developments in the field of e-learning, as well as the need to create a culture of technological awareness for learners within universities to make the blending of e-education with traditional higher education more acceptable, and has reached results including the approval of the use of e-learning at the University of continuous formation in the el oued from the point of view of the components, as well as found a statistically significant relationship between e-education and training at a moral level 05%
