الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر: دراسة تحليلية لحجمه، توزيعه القطاعي والجغرافي (1995-2018)

Abstract

حاولت الدراسة تحليل اتجاهات حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، ونظرة حول موقعها في خريطة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للدول العربية، وكذا تحليل توزيعه القطاعي والجغرافي خلال الفترة 1995-2018، وبناء على ذلك توصلت إلى أن حجمه عرف نموا وتحسنا، لكن يبقى متواضعا، وحصتها من إجمالي التدفقات العربية تبقى محتشمة حيث قدرت بحوالي 3.3% خلال الفترة 2001-2018، أما نوعية المشاريع والقطاعات المستهدفة شهدت تطورا لكن يبقى قطاع المحروقات أبرزها استقطابا، وجغرافيا برزت الولايات المتحدة الامريكة خلال الفترة 1998-2001، والإمارات خلال الفترة 2003-2016. The study attempted to analyze the trends of the volume of foreign direct investment in Algeria, and a look at its position in the map of foreign direct investment in the Arab countries, as well as an analysis of its sectoral and geographical distribution during the period 1995-2018, and accordingly it concluded that its size has witnessed growth and improvement, but remains modest, and its share of The total Arab flows remain modest, as they were estimated at about 3.3% during the period 2001-2018. As for the quality of the targeted projects and sectors, there has been development, but the hydrocarbon sector remains the most prominent polarization, and geographically, the United States of America emerged during the period 1998-2001, and the UAE during the period 2003-2016.
