-دور الذكاء التنافسي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية - دراسة حالة البنوك الجزائرية

Abstract

This study aimed at investigate the impact of competitive intelligence and their dimensions (organisationnel awarnesse; process; processing) in enhancing the competitive advantage and their dimensions (high Quality; high Efficiency; high Innovation; high responsiveness to customers) at the Algerian bank in the state of Mascara (Teghennif agencies). The research used a questionnaire based on previous studies. And she analyzed the data through SPSS and AMOSS program, the study found that the level of application of competitive intelligence and competitive advantage was average in general, and that there is a positive correlation between competitive intelligence and dimensions of competitive advantage where the correlation coefficient reached (0.859). and also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant impact of the competitive intelligence on achieving the competitive advantage in the banks under study, and this effect was estimated at (125.6%).
