انعكاسات نمط التكوين على الصحة النفسية لمتربصي التكوين المهني

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاسات نمط التكوين المتبع في معاهد التكوين على الصحة النفسية للمتربصين، وذلك بالمقارنة بين نمط التكوين الاقامي ونمط التكوين عن طريق التمهين،، ومن أجل القيام بهذه الدراسة طبقنا المنهج الوصفي المقارن على عينة تتكون من (75) متربصا ينقسمون إلى (40)متربص إقامي و(35) متربصا عن طريق التمهين ، حيث أظهرت هذه الدراسة أن هناك فرق في الصحة النفسية لصالح المتربصين الإقاميين مقارنة مع المتربصين عن طريق التمهين، وقد تركًز الفرق في مؤشر الاتزان الانفعالي الناتج عن المرافقة البيداغوجية والانضباط، مما ولَد بيئة إيجابية انعكست على المتربصين الإقاميين بالرفع من درجة الاتزان الانفعالي لديهم، في حين أن باقي المؤشرات لم تسجل أي فرق لأنها مؤشرات ذاتية، تكونت بفعل عوامل أخرى لا علاقة لبيئة التكوين بها. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effect of the training pattern used in training institutes on the mental health of the trainees, by comparing the residency- training pattern and the training pattern through apprenticeship. This study showed that there is a difference in mental health in favor of the residency trainees compared to the trainees Through apprenticeship. The main difference was in the index of emotional balance resulting from pedagogical accompaniment and discipline, which generated a positive Environment that reflected on the resident trainee by raising the degree of emotional Balance he/she had. Meanwhile, the rest of the indicators did not record any difference because they are subjective indicators formed by other factors unrelated to the training environment.
