Abstract

"تسعى هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي، إلى تحليل أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (1990-2017)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم دراسة أهم الجوانب المفسرة للعلاقة بين الإنفاق العام والنمو الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى تحليل تطور الإنفاق العام وهيكله في الجزائر، ليتم بعدها صياغة نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لقياس أثر هذا الإنفاق على النمو الاقتصادي وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإنفاق العام عرف تزايد ملحوظ بجميع مكوناته، أن النسبة الكبرى في نفقات التسيير والتجهيز كانت من نصيب المستخدمين والبنى التحتية على التوالي، زيادة إلى إظهار التأثير الايجابي والمعنوي لمتغير الإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي عبر النتائج الاحصائية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنفاق العام، النمو الاقتصادي، نفقات التسيير، نفقات التجهيز، إجمالي الناتج المحلي. "The main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of public expenditure on economic growth during the period 1990- 2017. To achieve this objective, the most important aspects of the relationship between public spending and economic growth were examined. A self-regression model to measure the impact of this expenditure on economic growth. The study concluded that public spending knew growing remarkable in all its components, and the largest percentage in the management and processing expenses of the share of users and infrastructure respectively, increased to show the positive and the moral influence of the variable public spending on economic growth through the statistical results
