Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مختلف الوثائق الخاصة بالتجارة الخارجية والتي تساعد على اتمام عملياتها استيراد كانت أو تصدير، سواء قامت المؤسسة بطلب المساعدة التمويلية من أحد بنوك الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري أو عدم الطلب، ونقوم بإسقاط الدراسة التطبيقية من خلال دراسة الوثائق التي تتعلق بالتجارة الخارجية التي يتعامل بها البنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة الوادي، ومؤسسات الاستيراد والتصدير، ونتج عن ذلك طرح لمختلف الوثائق التي تتعلق بكل طرف على حدى أو تربط علاقة بين طرفين في نفس الوثيقة، ونوع آخر صادر من البنك لتصادق عليه المؤسسة بمفردها. This study aims to identify the various documents related to foreign trade that help to complete its operations, whether import or export, whether the institution requests financing assistance from a bank in the Algerian banking system or not, and we drop the applied study by studying documents related to foreign trade that deals with It has the Algerian Foreign Bank, El Oued, and import and export institutions, and this resulted in offering various documents that relate to each party separately or link a relationship between two parties in the same document, and another type issued by the bank to be approved by the institution on its own.
