Abstract

This study aimed to know how strategic leadership contributes to creating knowledge, as knowledge represents a strategic axis in the activity of the institution, and accordingly, the development of this resource is a key to achieving excellence, through the creation of new knowledge among employees.This study was conducted on the Condor Foundation to find out the extent of the contribution of strategic leadership to creating knowledge among employees through the dimensions of strategic leadership. A questionnaire was distributed to 74 frameworks in the institution and after analyzing the data of the questionnaires distributed using the statistical program (25SPSS V), which was used in the statistical analysis of the data. Several statistical methods, including descriptive statistics measures, ... etc., where the study showed that strategic leadership contributes to the creation of knowledge through the administrative dimension, which is the transformational dimension, the political dimension, and the ethical dimension, as these dimensions allow the discussion of new ideas, as dialogue allows the generation of more sophisticated ideas,The study concluded with the result that there is a strong positive relationship between strategic leadership and knowledge creation, so that every knowledge creation process depends on the dimensions of strategic leadership, and therefore it can be said that the knowledge creation process needs distinguished strategic leadership that works continuously to achieve renewal and creativity.
