Abstract

ملخص: تتقصد هذه الدراسة الى ابراز طبيعة العلاقات الدولية، التي أصبحت تحت تهديد الصدام والصراع المستمر بين قوى العالم، وهو ما نشهده اليوم من أزمات خانقة للمجتمعات، نتيجة الحروب والصراعات الدولية، وتفشي خطابات العنف والكراهية، في ظل هذه الظروف برزت عدة نظريات مفسرة لحركة التاريخ القائمة على التنازع، وهي نظريات تنطلق من منظور ونموذج تصوري قوامه أن الصراع يمثل أهم قوانين التاريخ، التي تحكم العلاقة بين الثقافات والمجتمعات المختلفة، مشكلة اطار أيديولوجي يحدد طبيعة هذا الصراع، المبني على أساس عرقي أو اجتماعي أو ديني، والثقافي الذي يفصل الأمم فيما بينها، في ظل تجاذبات نظرية الصدام الحضاري. هنا ينحو المفكر البريطاني برنارد لويس منحى جدلي في ابراز أسباب هذا الصراع العالمي، خاصة بين المنظومة الغربية والإسلامية وشؤون الشرق الأوسط، محددا أسباب هذا الصراع وسياقاته الابستيمولوجية ورهاناته، وتداعياته على العالم الإسلامي، كونه مستشرقا يحمل نظرة صدامية اتجاه العالم الإسلامي.
