Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مساهمة الخبير المحاسبي في تسيير الخبرة القضائية، بالاعتماد على دراسة تقرير بمكتب محافظ حسابات وخبير قضائي، حيث حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على إجراءات الخبير القضائي المحاسبي أمام هذا النوع من المنازعات الذي يستوجب في غالب الأمر اللجوء الى خبرة قضائية محاسبية لارتباطه بالمجال المالي والمحاسبي، في الأخير توصلت الدراسة الى أن تقرير الخبرة يلخص كافة الإجراءات المتخذة من طرف الخبير للكشف عن التجاوزات وتصحيح الأخطاء ومن ثم الوصول الى رأي فني محايد يستند عليه القاضي عند الفصل في المنازعات.

The studyaimedto examine the contribution of the expert accountant in dealingwithjudicial expertise, based on a study of a report from an office of an auditor and Judicial expert. The studysought to shed light on the procedures of the expert accountant in handling disputes thatoftenrequireresorting to the exeprtaccountantdue to theirconnection to the financial and accountingfields. Ultimately, the study concluded that the expertise report summarizes all procedures undertaken by the expert to identify irregularities, rectify errors, and subsequently provide an impartial technical opinion upon which judges rely in adjudicating disputes.
