dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الميول المهنية وبعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية والاجتماعية لدى طلبة جامعة ذمار وفقاً لنظرية هولاند حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من(280) طالب وطالبة من التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية بجامعة ذمار للعام الدراسي (2012-2013) وكان الاختيار للعينة بطريقة عشوائية. و استخدم الباحث مقياس الميول المهنية) لهولاند، (1985، والذي قام بتعريبه وتقنينه (وصفي عصفور 1997 ) وهو يتكون من ( 36 ) فقرة تغطي ستة أبعاد للميول المهنية هي الميول (الواقعية، التحليلية، الاجتماعية، التجارية، التقليدية، الفنية)، واستخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية :(الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسب المئوية، معامل الارتباط، و تحليل التباين الأحادي One Way Anova )، حيث كشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جميع الأبعاد تتراوح بين نسبة عالية وعالية جداً، و الدرجة الكلية للمقياس بدرجة عالي، وكان ترتيب الأبعاد كما يلي : الميول ( الفنية، التحليلية، الواقعية، التجارية،الاجتماعية، التقليدية) وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث لصالح الذكور في جميع أبعاد الميول المهنية والدرجة الكلية للمقياسس،. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغير التخصص في جميع الأبعاد، والدرجة الكلية للمقياس. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغير مستوى تعليم الأب في جميع الأبعاد، والدرجة الكلية للمقياس The study aimed at identifying the relationship between professional tendencies and some demographic and social variables among students of the University of Dhamar according to the Holland theory. The study sample was made up of 280 students from the scientific and humanities disciplines at the University of Dhamar for the academic year 2012-2013. The selection for the sample was random. The researcher used the professional tendencies measure used by Holland in 1985, which was arabized, standardized and codified by Wasfi Asfour in 1997. The study consists of 36 paragraphs covering the following six dimensions of professional tendencies: realistic, analytic, social, commercial, traditional, and artistic. The researcher used the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, correlation coefficient, and one way analysis (ANOVA). The results of the study revealed that all tendencies range from high to very high, and the overall degree is that of a high measure. Their order was as follows: the artistic first followed by the analytical, the realistic, the commercial, the social, and lastly the traditional. There are statistically significant differences between males and females in favor of males in all dimensions of professional tendencies as well as in the total score of the measurement tool. There are no statistically significant differences in the variable of the level of the father's education in all dimensions as well as in the total score of the measurement tool.en_US
