فعالية فرق العمل وتأثيرها على إدارة الأزمة من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة الأغواط

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على فعالية فرق العمل في إدارة الأزمة لدى أساتذة كلية الاقتصاد، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة تكونت من (53) أستاذ من أصل 104 ، و تم تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS v.25) وبالاستعانة بأسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية باستخدام برنامج (SmartPLS v.3 )، وهذا لمعرفة العلاقات الموجودة بين المتغيرات المدروسة و تحديد آثار المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لفعالية فرق العمل على إدارة الأزمة لدى أساتذة كلية الاقتصاد عند α≤0.05، و هذا من خلال وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للمشاركة على إدارة الأزمة، أما باقي الأبعاد ( التعاون، المرونة، الحساسية، التيسير ) فلم يكن لها أي أثر دال إحصائيا على إدارة الأزمة. تصنيف JEL: C92، H12. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to highlight the teamwork effectiveness in crisis management from the viewpoint of professors of the Faculty of Economics, and to achieve the objectives of the study. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 53 teachers out of 104, and the data obtained were analysed using the statistical program (SPSS v.25) and using the modeling method of constructive equations using the (SmartPLS v.3) software, This is to see the relationships between the studied variables and to determine the effects of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study showed a statistical impact of the teamwork effectiveness on crisis management among professors of the Faculty of Economics at α≤0.05. This is through a statistical impact of participation on crisis management, while the rest of the dimensions (cooperation, flexibility, sensitivity, facilitation) had no statistical D impact on crisis management.
