استخدام التحليل العاملي لقياس اثر المتغرات الاقتصادية على التبادل التجاري في الجزائر 2000-2020

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على وضعية الميزان التجاري الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2020 وتوضيح العلاقة الموجودة بين المتغيرات الاقتصادية والميزان التجاري والتطرق إلى العوامل المحددة لتوازنه وتحليل التركيب السلعي لكل من الصادرات والواردات. وتوصلنا إلى أن الميزان التجاري الجزائري حقق فائضا موجبا خلال الفترة (2000-2014) تراوح بين الارتفاع والانخفاض في حين سجلت الفترة (2015-2020) عجزا في الميزان التجاري مع سيطرة قطاع المحروقات على الصادرات رغم الجهود المبذولة لترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات وتحرير قطاع التجارة الخارجية وكان المحدد الرئيسي لهذه الوضعية (الفائض والعجز) هو تقلبات أسعار النفط الذي تحدده عوامل خارجية. "" This study aims to shed light on the status of the Algerian trade balance during the period 2000-2020, to clarify the relationship between economic variables and the trade balance, to address the factors determining its balance, and to analyze the commodity composition of both exports and imports. And we concluded that the Algerian trade balance achieved a positive surplus during the period (2000-2014), which ranged between high and low, while the period (2015-2020) recorded a deficit in the trade balance, with the hydrocarbon sector dominating exports despite the efforts made to promote non-hydrocarbon exports and liberalize the foreign trade sector. The main determinant of this situation (surplus and deficit) was the fluctuations in oil prices, which are determined by external factors.
