Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع "غاز شرقي البحر المتوسط وإستراتيجية القوى الإقليمية والدولية"حيث تتمتع منطقة حوض شرق البحر المتوسط بأهمية جيواستراتيجة كبيرة, لما تحتويه من مقومات اقتصادية جيوسياسية وثروات باطنية عظيمة أهلتها لتكون محل صراعات سياسية وقانونية بين الدول المطلة على شرق المتوسط حول ترسيم الحدود البحرية, ويسبب الاكتشافات المتزايدة لحقول النفط والغاز, إضافة إلى الخلافات التاريخية المتواجدة بين دول المنطقة, وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير اكتشافات الغاز الطبيعي على إستراتيجية القوى الإقليمية والدولية, حيث أصبح ينظر للمنطقة باعتبارها مستقبل إنتاج الغاز في العالم, من خلال السيطرة على مكامن الغاز الطبيعي أو السيطرة على خطوط نقل الغاز, وأخيرا توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن اكتشافات الغاز أحدثت تحولا في موازين القوى وتغيير الخريطة الجيوسياسية للمنطقة, وتحويلها إلى مركز طاقة عالمي, أو بؤرة صراع إقليمي ودولي. This study aims to address the topic of "Eastern Mediterranean gas and the strategy of regional and international powers", as the Eastern Mediterranean Basin region enjoys a great geostrategic importance, due to its geopolitical economic components and great mystical wealth that qualified it to be the subject of political and legal conflicts between the countries bordering the Eastern Mediterranean over the demarcation of The maritime borders, and causes the increasing discoveries of oil and gas fields, in addition to the historical differences that exist between the countries of the region, and accordingly this study aims to study the impact of natural gas discoveries on the strategy of regional and international powers, as the region is seen as the future of gas production in the world, by controlling the Natural gas reservoirs or control of gas transmission lines. Finally, the study came to the conclusion that the gas discoveries caused a shift in the balance of power and changed the geopolitical map of the region, turning it into a global energy center, or a focus of regional and international conflict
