تعزيز التعامل ببطاقة الدفع الالكتروني كآلية علاجية لتفاقم أزمة السيولة في الجزائر جراء جائحة كرونا (البطاقة الذهبية نموذجا)

Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة اإلحاطة بما يتعلق نظريا ببطاقات الدفع االلكتروني وأزمات السيولة املالية، ثم تحديد العالقة التي تربط بين البطاقة الذهبية املصدرة من مراكز البريد الجزائرية وأزمات السيولة في الجزائر ً تطبيقيا و التعرف على دور ها في التخفيف من حدة أزمات السيولة عبر توزيع استبيان الستقصاء أراء عينة من مالكي البطاقةالذهبية حول مدى مساهمة هذه البطاقة في التخفيف من حدة أزمةالسيولةفيفترةاألزمةالصحيةمن وجهةنظرهم. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام خدمات البطاقة الذهبية في ظل األزمة الصحية جائحة كورونا 2020 ساعد الناس على القيام بمعامالتهم املاليةدون الحاجةلسحب السيولةواالحتفاظ بها .... وهو ما ساهم فيالتخفيفمن حدة أزمةالسيولةفي البلد.""The study aims to try to take note of what is theoretically related to electronic payment cards and financial liquidity crises, and then determine the relationship between the golden card issued by the Algerian postal centers and the liquidity crises in Algeria in practice and to identify its role in mitigating the liquidity crises through the distribution of a questionnaire to survey the opinions of a sample of the owners of the golden card On the extent of the contribution of this card in alleviating the liquidity crisis during the period of the health crisis from their point of view. The study concluded that the use of golden card services in light of the health crisis of the Corona pandemic 2020 helped people to carry out their financial transactions without the need to withdraw and retain liquidity.... which contributed to alleviating the liquidity crisis in the country."
