Abstract

: This study analyses and measures the impact of budget deficit on Inflation in Algeria for the Period 0222-2018, using the ARDL model. We conclude that there is a long and short run relationship that exists between the budget deficit and Inflation; where the increase in the budget deficit leads to a decrease in the rate of inflation; therefore we recommend the necessity of coordination between monetary and financial policies, while combating corruption
