مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طالبات المدرسة العليا للأساتذة

Abstract

ملخص: تعتبر الكفاءة الذاتية من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر في الأداء الأكاديمي للطلبة وتساعدهم على مواجهة المشكلات والصعوبات، وتمكّنهم من رفع استعداداتهم وقدرتهم على تكوين علاقات اجتماعية إيجابية، ومنه فتمتع الطلبة بمستوى جيّد من الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة مؤشر على سلامة العملية التعليمية التعلمية، وعليه تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طالبات المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بقسنطينة، على عينة نهائية قوامها (127) طالبة، اختيروا بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية من السنة الجامعية (2019 - 2020). واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي، وخلصت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طالبات المدرسة العليا للأساتذة كان متوسطا. وكشفت النتائج أيضا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة تعزى لمتغير التخصص العلمي لصالح التخصص الأدبي. Abstract: Self-efficacy is one of the most important factors affecting students' academic performance And help them to face problems and difficulties, And enable them to raise their preparations and their ability to form positive social relationships, And from this, students' enjoyment of a good level of perceived self-efficacy is an indicator of the safety of the educational learning process, Accordingly, the current study aims to reveal the level of perceived self-efficacy among students of the Higher Teachers ’School of Constantine. On a final sample of 127 female students, By the stratified random sample method of the university year 2019-2020. And the researcher relied in his study on the descriptive approach, The results concluded that the level of perceived self-efficacy of female students of the Higher School of Teachers was average. The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of perceived self-efficacy attributable to the scientific specialization variable in favor of the literary specialization.
