Abstract

يعد الكتاب والمكتبات مظهرا حضاريا في حياة الأمم والشعوب فحيثما وجدت المكتبات دليلا على ارتباطها بحضارة ما بصفة عامة وبالعلم والتعلم بصفة خاصة ، أما المكتبات فلا يوجد إلا كنتيجة لكثرة تنوعات المكتبات وقد بدأت المكانة المتميزة للعلم في الإسلام ، ولتغطية النجاح في النشر ذلك العلم عن طريق المكتبات في الحضارات الإسلامية العامة والمكتبات في العصر العباسية الخاصة ؛ وما كانت تضعه هذه المكتبات من خدمات تربوية علمية وثقافية .. حيث يعتبر تاريخ الكتب عند المسلمين مهم جدا واساس لتطور المعرفة الإنسانية ذلك لم تتفوق أي من الحضارات على حضارة المسلمين في حبهم للكتب تمتد بالمكتبات والمعرفة العامة لذا تعتبر المكتبات من أهم وسائل نشر المعرفة على مر العصور . One of the factors that had a role in the element of the intellectual movement is the presence of libraries, which some human civilizations have given the care and attention they deserve, considering them as one of the foundations for the advancement of science, knowledge and human advancement, the most important means of civilization, as the Islamic civilization has enriched libraries. Because of the civilization of Islam on science, learning, research, knowledge, and stimulating minds by reading and writing in particular. Where the history of books among Muslims is very important and a basis for the development of human knowledge, because none of the civilizations excelled over the civilization of Muslims in their love of books and care for libraries and general knowledge, so libraries are considered one of the most important means of spreading knowledge throughout the ages
