دور القطاع المصرفي في تمويل المؤسسات السياحية - دراسة حالة تونس 2012-2018

Abstract

"تعتبر السياحة من أهم القطاعات التي يتم الاعتماد عليها مستقبلا لتحقيق إيرادات عالية، وتنبع أهميتها من تداخلها مع العديد من المجالات الأخرى، والتي تتطلب تحقيق تنمية شاملة تمس جميع القطاعات المعنية من قريب أو بعيد بقطاع السياحة. وبالنسبة لتونس فهي تعتبر من أهم الدول المهتمة بهذا المجال كما تعتبر وجهة سياحية تحاول أن تنافس الوجهات العالمية، وهو ما تشير إليه الأعداد الهائلة من السياح الواردين إلى هذه الدولة بالرغم من الأزمات التي عرفتها خلال فترة دراستنا حيث أنها عرفت انتفاضة شعبية أدت إلى تغير في النظام السياسي سنة 2011، مما أدى لعدم استقرار في البلد، إضافة إلى هجمتان إرهابيتان على السياح الأجانب سنة 2015 في تونس العاصمة وولاية سوسة، ونظرا لحساسية هذا القطاع ارتأت دراستنا معرفة الآثار الناتجة عن هاتين الحادثتين على الاستثمار السياحي وكيف حاولت الدولة إعادة بعث الثقة لدى السياح والمستثمرين في قطاع السياحة عن طريق الدعم المصرفي." The importance of tourism is based on its overlap with many other fields, which require achieving global development that affects all concerned sectors in the tourism sector. Tunisia is considered one of the most interested countries in this sector, and is considered an important touristic destination that tries to compete with international touristic destinations, which is indicated by the large numbers of tourists coming to this country despite the crises that it witnessed during our study period, as the popular uprising that leaded to the changing of the political regime in 2011, which leaded to the instability of the country, in addition to two terrorist attacks on foreign tourists in Tunis and the state of Sousse, and because of the sensitivity of this sector, our study tried to put the light on the effects of these incidents on tourists and tourism investment and how the country tried to restore confidence among tourists and investors in the tourism sector through the banking sector specially."
