الجهود الدولية لحماية حقوق الطفل من الانتهاكات الجنسية و الاستغلال الجنسي

Abstract

لقد حاول المجتمع الدولي التصدي للانتهاكات الجنسية و الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال، و التي أصبحت ظاهرة تمس مختلف دول العالم، و من القضايا التي طرحت نفسها على المهتمين بحقوق الإنسان عامة و حقوق الطفل خاصة و ذلك بإبرام اتفاقيات دولية بداية باتفاقية حقوق الطفل و البرتوكول الاختياري لحقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال و استغلالهم في البغاء و المواد الإباحية و الذي حاول معالجة هذا الانتهاك، إضافة إلى الدور الذي لعبته بعض الهيئات الدولية المعنية بحقوق الطفل، و بعض الهيئات القضائية التي كان لها دور في معاقبة مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات. The international community has tried to address the sexual abuse and exploitation of children which has became a phenomenon affecting various countries in the world .child abuse and exploitation is an issue that raised itself to those interested in human rights in general and children’s rights in particular .It was the sum of international agreements;from the conventions on children’s rights to the optional protocol on child sale and prostitution to child pornography. It attempted to remedy this violation with the help of the role played by some international institutions concerned with children’s rights and some judicial bodies that have played an important role to punish the perpetrators of these violations.
