Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة مشكلات الإدارة الصفية لدى الأساتذة الجدد بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي ، و تحديد أثر كل من الجنس و التخصص و المؤهل العلمي في مشكلات الإدارة الصفية . و من أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تبني الطالبات استبيانا جاهزا في هذه المجال. احتوى الاستبيان على 30 بند أجاب عنه 100 أستاذ و أستاذة . ولقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية والتأكد من الصدق و الثبات و أجريت التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة و اثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة المشكلات الإدارة الصفية لدى الأساتذة الجدد منخفضة ، كذلك أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد إختلاف ذو دلالة إحصائية في مشكلات الإدارة الصفية لدى الأساتذة الجدد باختلاف الجنس و المؤهل العلمي في حين تحققت الفرضية من حيث التخصص . و قد تمت مناقشة الدراسة في ضوء الأدب التربوي و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع . حيث اختتمت الدراسة بمجموع من التوصيات.
APSTRACTS
This study aimed to find out the degree of classroom management problems among new teachers in the primary education stage. And to determine the impact of each of gender, specialization and academic qualification on the problems of classroom management. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the students adopted a questionnaire in this field. The questionnaire contained of 30 items, which were answered by 100 male and female teachers.
The sample was chosen in an intentional way, to ensure its validity and stability, and the appropriate statistical analyzes were conducted, and the results of the study proved that the degree of classroom management problems among the new teachers is low. The results also showed that there is no statistically significant difference in the classroom management problems of the new teachers according to gender and academic qualification, while the hypothesis was fulfilled in terms of specialization. The study was discussed in the light of educational literature and previous studies related to the subject. Where the study concluded with a set of recommendations.
