مشكلات التحضر في المدينة الجزائرية

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مراحل وخصائص التحضر في الجزائر والمشاكل التي تواجه المدن الجزائرية، وبعد عرض مختلف المواد العلمية المتاحة حول هذا الموضوع باستخدام المنهجين الوصفية والتاريخية، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المدينة الجزائرية شهدت مجموعة متنوعة من الحياة الحضرية طوال تاريخها الطويل، بدءا من الغزو الروماني وانتهاء بالاستعمار الفرنسي. وقد تركت كل هذه التشكيلات السياسية بمختلف ثقافاتها وحضاراتها وأهدافها بصمة واضحة في التراث المعماري للجزائر. ومع ذلك، فإن الحياة الحضرية في شكلها المعقد ظهرت أكثر بعد الاستقلال، مع تزايد الموجات المتتالية من الهجرة الريفية نحو المدن بحثا عن العمل في السنوات الأولى للاستقلال، والأمن في العقد الأخير من القرن الماضي، والامتيازات التي وفرتها الحياة الحضرية في بداية هذا القرن. وكل هذه العوامل جعلت عملية التحضر في الجزائر مجرد عملية كمية، مما أدى إلى ظهور عدد من المشكلات المادية، التشريعية، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أصبحت مصدر إزعاج وخوف داخل المدينة بدلا من الاستقرار والشعور بالطمأنينة. Abstract: This research aims at identifying the stages and characteristics of urbanization in Algeria and the problems facing Algerian cities. After presenting the various scientific materials available on the subject using descriptive and historical methods, the study concluded that the Algerian city had experienced a variety of urban life throughout its long history, from the Roman conquest to the French colonization. All these political configurations in their different cultures, civilizations and objectives have left a clear mark on Algeria's architectural heritage. However, urban life in its complex form emerged further after independence, with successive waves of rural migration to cities in search of work increasing in the early years of independence, security in the last decade of the last century, and the privileges provided by urban life at the beginning of this century. All these factors have made the process of urbanization in Algeria merely quantitative, resulting in a number of material, legislative, social and economic problems that have become a source of inconvenience and fear within the city rather than stability and a sense of reassurance.
