Étude du pouvoir inhibiteur d`une formulation inhibitrice utilisée dans les champs pétrolier de la région de Houde-Berkaoui

Abstract

In this work, we studied the efficiency of corrosion inhibition of carbon steel XC70 in Water Albian using inhibitor FKS2001. The inhibitory potential of this inhibitor was determined by electrochemical techniques based on Tafel segments. The results show that the studied inhibitor has an efficiency of inhibition which depends on its concentration the adsorption of these compounds on the surface of the metal is a chemical adsorption. The inhibitor FKS2001 had the best ability of inhibition at a concentration of 30 ppm (IE = 41.06 %).الملخص حیث الوسط الأكال ،XC یتلخص ھذا العمل في دراسة فعالیة التثبیط لمثبط صناعي لتآكل فولاذ كربوني 70 تم تقدیر القدرة التثبیطیة لھذه المثبط باستعمال الطریقة الإلكتروكیمیائیة .FKS عبارة ماء ألبیان، ھذا المثبط 2001 وتتمثل في إعداد كمون الاستقرار للمعدن في الوسط المدروس ومن ثم الحصول على منحنى الاستقطاب ومنھ حساب وسائط التآكل باستعمال منحنیات تافیل. تظھر النتائج أن للمثبط المدروس فعالیة تثبیطیة و الذي یعتمد على تركیزه على امتصاص ھذه المركبات على سطح المعدن ھو الامتزاز الكیمیائي و كان أحسن قدرة تثبیطیة عند .(IE = 41.06 %). 30 ppm تركیز
