Abstract

This research represents The Advisory Opinions (FATAWA) of Abi Abdullah Mohamed Ibn Marzouk Alhafid Altilimsani (died on 842 Hjri) regarding the Rules of Sales and Trade-offs. It has three Chapters. The first is a preamble of the Advisory Opinion (FATWA): starting from the definition and importance of it, then the Deliverance of formal legal opinion, and finally its requirements and ethics. The second chapter shows a biography of Imam Abi Abdullah Mohamed Ibn Marzouk Alhafid Altilimsani and his efforts towards the Advisory Opinion of Sales and Trade-offs. However, the last chapter is a study of the main opinions upon the Rules of Sales and Trade-offs.
