التوجهات الانفصالية في أوربا: قراءة تحليلية وفق نظرية الانفصال

Abstract

تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية تحليلا مقارنا لبعض التوجهات الانفصالية في القارة الأوروبية حيث تبين تأثيرات المتغيرات العرقية والإثنية الدافعة نحو تبلور النزعات الانفصالية التي أدت إلى نجاح بعض المجموعات الانفصالية في إقامة دول ذات سيادة، بينما فشلت مجموعات أخرى رغم وجود نفس المتغيرات. تستخدم هذه الورقة مقولات نظرية الانفصال التي تركز على أهمية تطابق المعايير الجغرافية زالثقافية والسياسية في نجاح التوجهات الانفصالية التي تركز على دور سياسات الدولة الأم في في كبح أو تفاقم التوجه الإنفصالي من خلال مستوى العدالة في توزيع الثروة بين الأقاليم والضمانات القانونية والسياسية المتعلقة بحماية الأقليات. خلصت الورقة البحثية إلى اثبات أهمية الدعم الإقليمي للتوجهات الانفصالية في شرق أوربا، مما ساعد العديد منها إلى إقامة دول مستقلة، في حين لا تزال بعض المجموعات الانفصالية تطالب بالاستقلال غرب أوربا بالرغم من تعاظم وتعدد دوافع الانفصال لديها. This research paper provides a comparative analysis of some separatist tendencies in Europe, where the effects of racial and ethnic variables, which form the driving force behind the crystallization of separatist tendencies, led to the success of some separatist groups in establishing sovereign states while other groups have failed despite the existence of the same variables. This paper relies on principles of the theory of separatism that emphasize the consistency of geographical, cultural and political standards as a key element to the success of separatist tendencies. In its conclusion, this research proves the importance of regional support for separatist tendencies in Eastern Europe, which helped many separatist groups establish independent states, while others still demand independence in western Europe despite the increase of a multitude of motives for separation
