جريمة القذف في الشريعة الإسلامية أحكامها وصورها المعاصرة

Abstract

"يتكون هذا البحث المعنون بـ: ""جريمة القذف أحكامها وصورها المعاصرة"" من مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. احتوى المبحث الأول على مفهوم القذف وحكمه والحكمة من تشريع الحد فيه. واشتمل المبحث الثاني على شروط إقامة حد القذف وهي الشروط اللازم توافرها في القاذف وفي المقذوف وفي صيغة القذف. واشتمل المبحث الثالث على أدلة إثبات جريمة القذف وأسباب إسقاطها. وأخيرا أوردت في المبحث الرابع بعض صور القذف المعاصرة كالقذف في الصحف والمجلات والكتب والقذف في قنوات الإذاعة والتلفزيون والقذف في الشبكة العنكبوتية (الإنترنت)، ووصلت إلى نتائج عدة أوردتها في خاتمة البحث. The first section contains the concept of libel and its wisdom and the wisdom of limiting legislation.
