دراسة تحليلية وتقييمية لقطاع الطاقات المتجددة وقطاع الطاقة التقليدية في الجزائر مع ارساء معادلة للتنبؤ بالطلب على الكهرباء والغاز في ولاية ورقلة.

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم الوضعية الطاقوية في الجزائر، كما تم التطرق إلى تحليل وتقييم مؤشرات قطاع الطاقات المتجددة وقطاع الطاقة التقليدية في الجزائر، وفي هذا الصدد ركزت الدراسة عرض أهم الامكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية وكذا الجهود المحلية والدولية التي قامت بها الجزائر في المجال الطاقوي. باعتبار فعالية قطاع الطاقات المتجددة في الولايات الصحراوية وباعتبار وجود طاقات هجينة على سبيل المثال بين الشمس والغاز قمنا باعداد معادلة للتنبؤ بالطلب على الغاز والكهرباء باستعمال طريقة المربعات الصغرى 2016-2020 في ولاية ورقلة كنموذج باعتبار ان الولاية صحراوية. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أنه توجد علاقة تكاملية بين قطاع الطاقات المتجددة وقطاع الطاقة التقليدية ( النفط والغاز) ، والجزائر بامكانها تحقيق الأفضل إلى أن تصل إلى الأمن الطاقوي . The study aims to analyze and evaluate the energy situation in Algeria. The analysis and evaluation of indicators of the renewable energies sector and the traditional energy sector in Algeria were also discussed. In this regard, the study focused on presenting the most important natural and human potentials, as well as the local and international efforts undertaken by Algeria in the energy field. Considering the effectiveness of the renewable energies sector in the desert states and considering the existence of hybrid energies, for example, between the sun and gas, we prepared an equation to predict the demand for gas and electricity using the least squares method 2016-2020 in the state of Ouargla as a model, given that the state is desert. Finally, we concluded that there is a complementary relationship between the renewable energies sector and the traditional energy sector (oil and gas), and Algeria can achieve the best until it reaches energy security
