Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وإبراز دور التحليل المالي في إتخاذ قرار الإستثمار المؤسسة إقتصادية من خلال أدوات التحليل المالي ومعرفة مدى إمكانية اتخاذ قرار الاستثمار بناء على نتائج التحليل المالي وإسقاطها على مؤسسة جزائرية تمثلت في شركة سوف للدقيق. اعتمدنا خلال الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الموافق للجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي المتمثل في دراسة حالة وذلك بتحليل القوائم المالية باستخدام أدوات التحليل المالي وفق التحليل المالي الكلاسيكي، وأظهرت النتائج فعالية تأثير التحليل المالي في ترشيد القرارات الاستثمارية.""This study aims at identifying and highlighting the role of financial analysis in making an economic investment decision through financial analysis tools and knowing the feasibility of making an investment decision based on the results of financial analysis and projecting it to an Algerian enterprise represented by a SOUF FLOUR COMPANY During the study, we relied on the conceptual descriptive approach and analytical approach of a case study by analyzing financial statements using financial analysis tools according to classical financial analysis. The results showed the effectiveness of financial analysis in rationalizing investment decisions."
