المسؤولية الإجتماعية وأثرها على جودة الحياة الوظيفية دراسة حالة شركة روائح الورود

Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع مدى تأثير تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمختلف أبعادها على جودة الحياة الوظيفية, حيث أن تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من طرف المؤسسات أصبح ضرورة ملحة وهذا نتيجة جملة من التغيرات التي طرأت على المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي, حيث تغيرت عديد المفاهيم وأصبح تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية مرادف لجودة المؤسسة وتميزها عن غيرها نظرا لانعكاس ذلك على التزاماتها نحو خدمة عمالها وعملائها وكذا المستهلكين والمجتمع والبيئة. حيث تم تصميم إستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والتي وزعت على عينة مكونة من عمال ومستخدمي مؤسسة ورود بالوادي, بلغ عددها 50 (50 استمارة موزعة), كما اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وكذا التحليلي للإلمام بالجوانب النظرية للدراسة, فضلا عن استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية في الدراسة الميدانية. وتوصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية ككل وجودة الحياة الوظيفة, كما أن لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية لاسيما البعد القانوني أثر ايجابي بالغ على جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمؤسسة ورود بالوادي, وهذا منطبق تماما على باقي الأبعاد على غرار المسؤولية الاقتصادية والخيرية والأخلاقية, وهو ما يساهم في رفع المردود الفردي والجماعي للعمال والمستخدمين. The adoption of social responsibility by institutions has become an urgent necessity, as a result of a number of changes at the economic and social level. As many concepts have changed, the adoption of social responsibility has become synonymous with the quality of the enterprise, distinguishing it from others due to the reflection of its obligations towards serving its workers and customers, consumers, society and the environment. The identification was designed as a means of collecting data and was distributed to a sample of workers and users of Wouroud company in El-Oued state. The number reached 50 (50 distributed forms), where we relied on the descriptive curriculum as well as analytical knowledge of the theoretical aspects of the study, as well as the use of a set of statistical methods in the field study. We have come to the conclusion that there is a strong expulsive relationship between social responsibility as a whole and quality of life function. The dimensions of social responsibility, particularly the legal dimension, have a very positive impact on the quality of the Wouroud Institution's career. This applies exactly to the rest of the dimensions like economic responsibility, charitable and moral. This contributes to raising individual and collective returns for workers and employees. "
