Abstract

This study aims to know the contribution of the dimensions of the learning organization in enhancing digital transformation in the tax center of the state of Tissemsilt according to the Marquatdt model. To achieve this, a sample consisting of 42 individuals was relied upon, and the data collected from the study sample was subjected to statistical tests using the statistical analysis the spss v22program, and among the most prominent results obtained are It indicates that there is a strong and positive relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization and digital transformation.
