الأحكام الخاصّة بالمرأة لصّيام ـ درافي اسة مقارنة ـ

Abstract

يتنـــــــاول هــــــذا البــحث الأحكـــام الفقهیـــة المتعلقـــة بالمرأة فـي الصّيــام، وقـــد أفــردت هــــذا البــحــث بالأحكـــــام المتعلقــــــة بــالمــــرأة فــي الصّيـام دون الــرّجــــل، حیــــث قمــــت بتقســــیــــم البحــــث إلــــى مبـحــــث تمهیــــــــدي، وأربعـــــــــة مبــــاحث، فعــــــرضــت في المبــــحث التّمهيـــــــدي تـــــــــعریــــف المصـطلحــــــات المتعــــــــــلقـــة بالموضــــوع، وتكــــلمت في المبــحــث الأول عن مفســــدات الصّوم الخــــاصّة بالمـــــرأة، وخصصت المبـــحث الثّاني لمسائـــل صيــــــــام الحامــل والمرضـــــع، وأدرجت في المبــــحث الثّالث المسائل المتعلقة باستئــــــذان المرأة زوجها في الصّيام، وتطرّقت في المبحث الأخير للكـــلام عن تـــأثير بعض المستجدّات على صيام المرأة. "This research dels with the jurisprudenc that concerniny Vomen in fastiny,this research is devoted to the proviseons concerniny women fastuny without men ,and y divided the searh to a prelimina study and four researches four other resarches .then y presented in the preliminary study search the definition of the terminoloyu that is related to the subject. And in the first subject search y spoke about spoils of fasting that related concerniny women"
