It represents a direct attack on the political and legislative authority. Rather, it challenges the authority of the state itself. It destroys and weakens social and economic institutions while losing faith in democratic processes. Global conditions and changes have helped to increase the size of criminal organizations across countries, especially in light of economic globalization and the communications and transportation revolution, and this was reflected in the increase in the types of economic and financial criminal activities practiced by organized economic crime. across countries. Therefore, international cooperation in confronting economic and financial crime must take a deeper dimension, and this cooperation must be strengthened between countries, and the agreements stipulating this cooperation must be implemented through an effective mechanism, because that is in the interest of the countries that bear.
