Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمّ الدّوافع الضروريّة لعمل المرأة خاصّة في عصر التقدّم العلمي والتكنولوجي ممّا يوفّره لها من دخل مادّي وإثباتا لشخصيتها وذاتها واحترامها، حيث تظهر في المجتمع اتّجاهات متناقضة حول عمل المرأة ودخولها في ميدان الإنتاج المتعدّدة وتبدو بعض المواقف والاتّجاهات السلبيّة نحو عمل المرأة مرتبطة بفكرة أنّ مكان المرأة في بيتها كزوجة ومربيّة لأطفالها فقط، فتجد المرأة نفسها ووفقا للمعايير الاجتماعيّة تعيش بين ما هو تقليدي وماهو حداثي متخطيتا بذلك كلّ الصعاب من خلال مجموعة من العوامل المساعدة على تطوير أوضاعها ودفعها إلى ميادين العمل كالتعليم وبعض الخدمات المساعدة....الخ This article aims to highlight the most important drivers necessary for personality, self and the work of women, especially in the era of scientific and technological progress, which provides them with material income and proof of her respect, as contradictory trends appear in the work of women and their entry in the field of multiple production, and some attitudes and negative trends towards women work seem related With the idea that a woman’s place in her home is only a wife and a nanny for her children, the woman finds herself living according to social norms between what is traditional and what is modern, bypassing all difficulties through a set of factors that help in developing her conditions and pushing her to them into work such as education and some services help ...
