السياسة السياحية و أثرها على التنمية المحلية في الجزائر

Abstract

تطرقت الدراسة إلى دور السياسة السياحية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر حيث تم الوقوف على حالة مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لولاية الوادي، من خلال التعرض لواقع القطاع السياحي والتنمية المحلية في الجزائر وذلك عبر تناول أهم المؤشرات السياحية بالقطاع في ظل المؤهلات والإمكانيات السياحية المتاحة بالدولة، وتسليط الضوء على أساسيات التنمية المحلية في الجزائر والمشاكل التي يواجهها صانع القرار في عملية تحقيقها، وقد تم تناول القوانين المنظمة لنشاطات القطاع السياحي، والمؤسسات المختلفة والقائمة على السياحة في الجزائر، إضافة إلى الإستراتيجية الكبرى للسياسة السياحية في الجزائر ألا وهي المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية الذي يشكل الدعامة الأساسية لدور القطاع في الدفع بعجلة التنمية الوطنية والمحلية. "The study had dealt with the role of tourism policy in achieving the local development in Algeria. Also ; we had stood on the situation of the directorate of tourism and handicraft in El-Oued district by looking to the situation of tourism and the local development in Algeria by dealing with the important indicators in the sector , under the qualifications and possibilities of tourism that are available in the country . By the way ; we put a highlight on the basics of the local development in Algeria and the troubles that faced the decision -maker to reach it . We had handled with laws that organized the activities of tourism in Algeria. In addition to the big tourism policy strategy as the guideline plan of preamble tourism which forms the important pillar to the role of the sector in order to push the local and national development.
