"دور الصندوق الوطني للعمال الاجراء في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية بالجزائر دراسة حالة مركز الامير عبد القادر بالوادي بعد سنة 2017"

Abstract

"اهتم هذا البحث بتبيان مدى أهمية الحماية الاجتماعية في حياة الفرد والمجتمع من خلال التطرق إلى أهم المفاهيم والمصطلحات المتعلقة بالحماية الاجتماعية أسباب ظهورها ونتائج تطبيقها، كما تطرقنا إلى واقع التأمين الاجتماعي في الجزائر مبرزا دور صندوق التأمين الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء في تقديم الحماية الاجتماعية لأفراد المجتمع الجزائري، ولإظهار مدى فعالية هذا الصندوق قمنا بدراسة جزئية كان محلها مركز الدفع بالوادي بولاية الوادي. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل المعطيات والاحصائيات المقدمة من المركز لإبراز نشاط الحماية الاجتماعية وقد توصلنا الى ان نسبة تغطية الحماية الاجتماعية التي يقدمها مركز الدفع بالوادي بحوالي 75% لأجل تحقيق حماية اجتماعية للمؤمن له. ""This research focused on demonstrating the importance of social protection in the life of the individual and society by addressing the most important concepts and terms related to social protection, the reasons for their emergence and the results of their application, and we also touched on the reality of social insurance in Algeria, highlighting the role of the Wage Workers Social Insurance Fund in providing social protection to members of Algerian society. To show the effectiveness of this fund, we did a partial study that was replaced by the Wadi Payment Center in the wilaya of El-oued. This study aimed to analyze the data and statistics provided by the center to highlight the social protection activity. We have concluded that the rate of social protection coverage provided by the payment center in the valley is about 75% in order to achieve social protection for the insured. "
