تقييم الأداء المالي لمصرف السلام الجزائري (عقود الإستصناع انموذجا)

Abstract

"تعترب عملية تقييم األداء املايل ركيزة أساسية ابلنسبة للمؤسسات االقتصادية حيث تقوم هذه األخرية، و بناء على ما تقدمه هذه العملية من معطيات بوضع اخلطط املستقبلية وحتسني نشاطها، و احلفاظ على أداءها أمام املتعاملني واملنافسني كما متكنه من تصحيح األخطاء و االحنرافات إن وجدت، حيث متثل عملية تقييم األداء املايل قدرة املؤسسة االقتصادية على استغالل املوارد املتاحة، ومن بني هذه املؤسسات املصارف اإلسالمية، و قد هدفت هذه الدراسة إىل تقييم األداء املايل لبنك السالم اجلزائري من خالل عقود االستصناع املعتمد لدى البنك بنوعيها ) االستصناع و االستصناع املوازي على املباين و على غري املباين، واالستصناع ابلبيع ابلتوكيل ( و قد استخدمنا يف ذلك املؤشرات و النسب املالية وهي الرحبية و السيولة، و النشاط و مالءمة رأس املال ، وقد اتضح لنا من خالل هذه الدراسة أمهية عقود االستصناع املعتمد من طرف بنك السالم ) حالة الدراسة (، و مدى فاعليتها يف العملية التمويلية ، وحسن اختيار هذا النوع من العقود ملبية يف ذلك متطلبات، وحاجات املتعاملني. "" The process of evaluating financial performance is considered an essential pillar for economic institutions , as the latter,based on the data provided by this process, develops future plans and improves its activity ,maintains its performance in front of dealers and competitors, and enables it to correct erros and deviations ,if any as it represents the process of evaluating financial performance the ability of the economic institution to exploit the available resources,and among these institutions are islamic banks.this study aimed to evaluate the financial performance of the algerian salam bank through istisna'a contracts approved by the bank of both ypes ( istina'a and parallel istisna'a on buildings, and istisna'a by sale by proxy ) and we have used in this includes financial indcators and ratios , profitability and liquidity , activity and capital adequacy .through this study , it became clear to us the importance of istisna'a contracts approved by al salam bank ( case study ) , their effectiveness in the financing process , and the good selection of this type of contracts that meet the requirements . and customer needs ."
