Abstract

يعتبر القطاع الفلاحي من أكثر القطاعات تعرضا للمخاطر, والتي تأثر سلبا على إنتاجيته, وهذا ما يجعل المستثمر الفلاحي بحاجة إلى إيجاد آليات لحماية ثروته الفلاحية. لذا كان موضوع بحثنا هو محاولة تشخيص لأهم المخاطر الفلاحية الناجمة عن النشاط الفلاحي وتحديد أهم العوامل التي قد تساهم في إدارة الخطر والتقليل قدر الإمكان من خسائره المالية عند وقوعه، لذلك قمنا من خلال بحثنا إلى دراسة إدارة المخاطر الفلاحية من خلال آلية التأمين على مستوى صندوق التعاون الفلاحي ومحاولة إبراز دور التأمين في تغطية مثل هذا المخاطر في حال وقوعها. يعتبر التأمين في هذا المجال من أهم وسائل مواجهة مثل هذه المخاطر لما له من مزايا عديدة، فهو يعمل على توفير التغطية التأمينية للمخاطر الفلاحية التي قد يتعرض لها المستثمر الفلاحي.
