Abstract

يندرج هذا البحث والموسوم بـ: "مخطوط تحلية الذهب في علم القضاء والأدب، لأبي عمران المازوني –دراسة وتحقيق-" ضمن موضوع تحقيق التراث, إذ تتمحور إشكاليته حول: ما مدى صحة نسبة هذا المخطوط لصاحبه المذكور وما الإضافة التي يمكن أن يضيفها في حقل البحث العلمي؟ مجيبين عن ذلك في مبحثين: قسم دراسي تناولنا فيه حياة المــؤَلِّف وما يتعلق بها، ودراسة تحليلية للمُؤّلَّف، وقسم تحقيق حاولنا فيه إخراج المصنف كما أراده مؤلفه، متبعين في ذلك المنهجية العلمية لتحقيق المخطوطات، لنختم بأهم نتيجة ألا وهي: أنّ القاضي أبا عمران المازوني يعد شخصية وقامة علمية كبيرة من خلال كثرة تآليفيه ووظائفه، وأهم توصية وهي: ضرورة مواصلة البحث عن هذه الشخصية وإظهار تراثها لأنها لا تزال غامضة. "This research is under the title of ꞋꞋ the manuscript of desalination of gold in science and Justice and LiteratureꞋꞋ written by ꞋꞋAbou Imran Elmazouni ꞋꞋ Study and investigation .It belongs to the heritage investigation. Its problematic is based on: To which extent the percentage of correctness of this manuscript? And what is the added value in the scientific field? So, our answers were in two research works. The first one is a study part which is a biography about the author and a studying analysis about him. The second part is an investigation in which we tried to present the book as his author's desire following the scientific methodology to investigate manosripts.Concluding at the end with an important result that the judge Aba Amran Elmazouni is a great outstanding figure in science regarding the large number of his books and functions. Therefore, the main recommendation is the necessity of the continuity researches about this personality because it still ambiguous."
