القواعد المشتركة بين أصول التفسير وأصول الفقه -دراسة نماذج-

Abstract

يتلخص مضمون هذا البحث الذي هو بعنوان:" القواعد المشتركة بين أصول الفقه وأصول التفسير -دراسة تحليلية-" في دراسة القواعد المشتركة بين أصول الفقه وأصول التفسير وكان ذلك من خلال عرض القاعدة وتوضيحها وبيان ألفاظها وذكر الأدلة عليها وإثبات اشتراكها بين علمي أصول الفقه وأصول التفسير بذكر إعمالها في كتب التفسير وأصوله وكتب الفقه وأصوله، فتضمن البحث دراسة اثنتي عشرة قاعدة، ستة منها قواعد عامة وستة منها قواعد ترجيحية وفي آخر البحث آتيت بباقي القواعد غيِر مدروسةٍ.The content of this research, which is entitled: "The Common Rules between Usul al-Fiqh and Usul al-Tafsir - An Analytical Study," is summarized in studying the common rules between Usul al-Fiqh and Usul al-Tafseer by presenting and clarifying the rule, clarifying its words, mentioning the evidence for it, and proving its participation between the sciences of Usul al-Fiqh and Usul al-Tafseer by mentioning its implementation In the books of interpretation and its origins and books of jurisprudence and its origins, the research included a study of twelve rules, six of which are general rules and six of them are weighted rules.
