مؤسسات التكوين والتعليم المهنيين كآلية نحو المقاولتية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مؤسسات التكوين والتعليم المهنيين كآلية نحو المقاولتية، إلى جانب التطرق إلى دور التكوين في تفعيل الفكر المقاولاتي لدى المتكونين وإبراز أهمية البرامج والمناهج المعتمدة في التكوين والتعليم المهنيين في نحقيق ذلك. تم الاعماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال دراسة حالة مديرية التكوين والتعليم المهنيين ولاية قسنطينة خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2019 إلى 2023. توصلت هذه الدراسة، إلى أن مؤسسات التكوين والتعليم المهنيين تلعب دورا الحيويا في غرس روح المقاولتية وتنميتها في الشباب، وأن هذه المؤسسات لها دور كبيرا في تأهيل الشباب وإعدادهم وتكوينهم ببمرامج متنوعة وثرية من أجل خلق قيمة مضافة للمجتمع ودخول عالم المقاولتية. لقد أثبتت تجربة ولاية قسنطينة أن مؤسسات التكوين والتعليم المهنيين ليست مجرد فضاءات لتلقين المهارات التقنية فحسب، بل هي مشاتل حقيقية تنبت فيها أفكار المشاريع وتترعرع فيها أحلام المقاولين الشباب. This study aimed to shed light on vocational training and education institutions as a mechanism towards entrepreneurship, along with addressing the role of training in activating entrepreneurial thinking amongtrainees and highlighting the importance of programs and curricula adopted in vocational training and education in achievingthis. The descriptive approach was adopted through a case study of the Directorate of Vocational Training and Education in Constantine Province during the period from 2019 to 2023. This study concluded that vocational training and education institutions play a vital role in instilling and developing the spirit of entrepreneurship in young people, and that these institutions have a significant role in qualifying, preparing, and training youth with diverse and rich programs to create added value for society and enter the world of entrepreneurship. The experience of Constantine Province has proven that vocational training and education institutions are not merely spaces for teaching technical skills, but rather are real incubators where project ideas grow and where the dreams of young entrepreneurs flourish
