| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم المفاهيم الاجتماعية، والذي من خلاله نستطيع التعرف وفهم الأفراد والجماعات في المجتمعات المختلفة، إذ جاءت هذه الورقة لتناول مفهوم الدور لدى الأفراد والجماعات، من خلال عرض أهم التعريفات التي تطرقت إلى هذا المفهوم، وكذا عرص طبيعة العلاقة بين الدور والمكانة الاجتماعية نظرا لعلاقة التأثير والتأثر بينهما، كما تطرقت هذه الورقة أيضا إلى الدور في التنظيمات المكونة للمجتمع والذي تحدده مجموعة من الواجبات والحقوق وفق التنظيم الذي ينتمي إليه الفرد أو الجماعة، كما سنعرض من خلال هذه الورقة أهم النظريات التي فسرت الدور وفق الاتجاهات الثلاث الأساسية (الاتجاه النفسي، الاتجاه الاجتماعي، الاتجاه النفسي الاجتماعي)، وكذا عرض لأختلاف الأدوار وأهم تصنيفاتها وكيفية أداء الأفراد لأدوارهم، وأخيرا سنتطرق صراع الأدوار الذي يكون مصير كل فرد عند ممارسة حياته اليومية وكيفية إدارة هذا الصراع حتى نتمكن من تحقيق الاستقرار والتكيف الاجتماعي للأفراد والجماعات على حد سواء. Abstract: This article aims to shed light on one of the most important social concepts, which is Through it we can identify and understand individuals and groups in different societies Where this article came to address the concept of the role of individuals and groups, presenting the most important definitions that have touched on this concept, and also to present the nature of the relationship between role and social status due to the relationship of influence and vulnerability between them, this article has also discussed the role in the organizations that make up the community, which is determined by a set of duties and rights depending on the organization to which the individual or group belongs. Also, through this article, we have discussed the presentation of the most important theories that explain the role according to the three basic directions (psychological intention, social intention, and psychosocial intention), as well as a presentation of the different roles and their most important classifications and how individuals fulfill their roles, and finally we will discuss the role conflict which is the fate of each individual when practicing their daily life and how to manage this conflict so that we can achieve stability and social adjustment for individuals and groups. | en_US |
