انعكاسات البرييكسيت على بريطانيا

Abstract

ساهم التكامل الأوروبي في نمو الاقتصاد البريطاني فور انضمام بريطانيا إلى المجموعة الاقتصادية الأوروبية، واستمر ذلك أربعة عقود من الزمن، لكن الانقسام الداخلي حول مسألة التكامل لم يسمح للعلاقات البريطانية بالاستقرار، بل شهدت تذبذبات عديدة خلال فترة العضوية إلى غاية 2016 حين قررت الانسحاب من الاتحاد الأوروبي. ساهم في هذا القرار مجموعة من العوامل المرتبطة بالداخل البريطاني وعوامل مرتبطة بالسياسات الأوروبية. على قدر استفادة المملكة المتحدة من التكامل الأوروبي كانت التداعيات، فقد تسبب البريكسيت في انعكاسات على وحدة المملكة المتحدة بسبب عدم تجانس نتائج الاستفتاء بين أقاليمها، ثم زادها برتوكول ايرلندا الشمالية حدة، بالإضافة إلى التداعيات الاقتصادية التي كانت فورية خاصة على الأسواق المالية ومناخ الاستثمار. Abstract: European integration contributed to the growth of the British economy immediately after its accession to the European Economic Community, and this lasted for four decades, but the internal division over the issue of integration did not allow British relations to stabilize, but rather witnessed many fluctuations during the membership period until 2016, when it decided to withdraw from the European Union. A number of factors related to the British interior and factors related to European policies contributed to this decision. As much as the United Kingdom benefited from European integration, there were repercussions. The Brexit had repercussions on the unity of the United Kingdom due to the heterogeneity of the referendum results among its regions, then the Northern Ireland protocol exacerbated them, in addition to the economic repercussions that were immediate, especially on the financial markets and the investment climate.
