Abstract
إن فكرة التأسيس لكيان وحدوي مغاربي كانت حاضرة بعمق في وجدان وضمير أبناء المغرب العربي على مر العصور والأزمان، بل إننا نجد أن مثل هذا الكيان الوحدوي (دولة) قد عرف في مرحلة المرابطين والموحدين تجسيدا على أرض الواقع. وفي عصرنا الراهن كان للمتغيرات الدولية التي شهدها النصف الأخير من القرن العشرين دور دافع للإسراع بتأسيس هذا الكيان الإقليمي المهم. سنعالج في هذه الورقة البحثية المسار التاريخي للتكامل المغاربي وواقعه, الذي اعتمدنا فيه المنهج التاريخي على اعتبار أنه الأنسب لطبيعة الموضوع.
The idea of establishing a unitary Maghreb entity was present deeply in the conscience
and conscience of the people of the Maghreb throughout the ages and times, but we find
that such a unitary entity (a state) has been known in the Almoravid and Almohads stage
as an embodiment on the ground. And in our present time, the international changes
witnessed in the last half of the twentieth century had a motivating role to accelerate the
establishment of this important regional entity.
In this research paper, we will address the historical path and reality of Maghreb
integration, in which we adopted the historical method as it is appropriate to the nature of
the topic.
