Abstract
ملخص البحث:
تناولنا في هذه المذكرة موضوع الوقف وأثره في التكافل الاجتماعي طلبة العلم ورعاية
الأيتام والمرضى أنموذجا ، وهو بحث يكشف عن مدى دور الوقف في التكافل الاجتاعي، ومن
أجل ذلك قسمنا بحثنا هذا إلى مقدمة وثلاث مباحث وخاتمة، حيث أشرنا في المقدمة إلى أهمية
دراسة هذا الموضوع، وتناولنا في المبحث الأول تعريف الوقف وأحكامه، وذلك بإدراج
مشروعيته وبيان أركانه وشروطه وأقسامه، وتناولنا في المبحث الثاني التكافل الاجتماعي وذلك
بتبيين معناه ووسائل الإسلام في تحقيق ذلك وأهدافه، وتناولنا ي المبحث الثالث أثر الوقف في
تحقيق التكافل الاجتاعي وذلك بإبراز ثلاث نماذج وهم: أثر الوقف على طلبة العلم ورعاية
الأيتام والمرضى، وختمنا بحنا بخاتمة تناولت أهم النتائج المسستخلصة من البحث، وفي الأخير
ذيلنا البحث بفهارس.
Research Summary:
In this note, we discussed the issue of the Waqf and its impact on social solidarity. The students of science and the care of orphans and sick people are a model, a research that reveals the role of the waqf in social solidarity. The second topic dealt with the definition of the endowment and its provisions by including its legality, its structure, terms, and sections. In the second topic, we discussed social solidarity by clarifying the meaning and means of Islam in achieving this and its objectives. The third topic dealt with the impact of the waqf in achieving social solidarity, C: The impact of the waqf on students of science and the care of orphans and sick people, and concluded with a conclusion that dealt with the most important results derived from the research, and finally our tail search indexes.
