Abstract

لقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين ، تناولنا في الفصل الأول السياسة الخارجية و السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية من خلاله سنتعرف على معنى السياسة الخارجية بصفة عامة و معرفة محدداتها سواء الداخلية أو الخارجية ، ومن جهة أخرى سنتناول تطور السياسة الخارجية قبل الاستقلال و بعده و ما هي أهم محطاتها و الطريق الذي مرت به لتثبت مكانتها . فتم التركيز القوى الكبرى في العالم و مكانة الجزائر فيه ، تم التطرف فيه على تغير موازين القوة الجديدة في النظام الدولي ففيه تم الحديث عن عودة القوة الروسية و تناول مقومات القوة الصينية في النظام الدولي و أسباب تراجع الهيمنة الأمريكية في النظام الدولي. وتطرقنا إلى الجزائر في التوازن الاستراتيجي الدولي و تحالفها مع روسيا و الصين . و أيضا نحاول التعرف على الجزائر في التوازن الاستراتيجي أي مكانة الجزائر إفريقيا و عربيا . This study has been divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, we dealt with foreign policy and Algerian foreign policy, through which we will learn about the meaning of foreign policy in general and know its determinants, whether internal or external, and on the other hand we will address the development of foreign policy before and after independence and what are the most important Its stations and the way it passed to prove its position. The major powers in the world and the position of Algeria in it were focused on, extremism was focused on changing the new balance of power in the international system, in which there was talk about the return of Russian power and the elements of Chinese power in the international system and the reasons for the decline of American hegemony in the international system. We discussed Algeria in the international strategic balance and its alliance with Russia and China. We are also trying to identify Algeria in the strategic balance, that is, the position of Algeria in Africa and in the Arab world.
