| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة الجوانب القانونية في اتفاقية تربس، من حيث النصوص القانونية المتضمنة في الاتفاقية وخصوصا المواد من 42 الى غاية 60 من تربس والتي تعالج الاجراءات الرامية الى تحقيق حماية فعالة للملكية الفكرية ، في نطاق التجارة الدولية ، ويستهدف البحث الوقوف على الفعالية التشريعية الدولية التي تلزم البلدان الاعضاء تحقيق حماية دولية قضائية لمشتملات الملكية الفكرية محل التبادل في التجارة العابرة للحدود.The current study is concerned with the legal aspects of the TRIPS Agreement، in terms of the legal texts contained in the Convention and in particular Articles 42 to 60 of TRIPS which address the procedures for the effective protection of intellectual property within the scope of international trade. Member Countries Achieve international judicial protection of intellectual property replacements in exchange for cross-border trade. | en_US |
