Abstract
Talent management is gaining more importance as an important component that helps in the competitive
business, as it is critical for organizations. international organizations consider talent management as the main
bet for human resource management that will allow it to overcome the challenges posed by the competitive
environment, which is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and uncertainty. stability. This study is to
provide an analytical and conceptual framework for talents management, while presenting the Danone Group's
experience in China and the inevitability of building a talent management program in light of the Chinese market
characterized by talent scarcity and high turnover. The study concluded that it is important to develop a unified
definition of talent and talent management for a common understanding of both the academic work on the
subject and its scientific participation in the world of business organizations, and that the "BO LE" program is a
real success in talents management in the Chinese market through its strategies Various (attracting, developing
