Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى التزام ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسة ديفاندوس لأشغال والبيئة بالوادي، وذلك من خلال التركيز على البعد الاقتصادي ، البعد القانوني ، البعد الأخلاقي والبعد الخيري ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل متغيرات الدراسة وأبعادها المختلفة، وأيضا تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات، حيث وزعت31 استمارة وكانت كل الاستمارات صالحة للتحليل، وبناء على تحليل المعطيات والمعلومات، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها أن درجة الالتزام بأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية كانت جيدة في مؤسسة ديفاندوس لأشغال والبيئة بالوادي. الكلمات المفتاحية:المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، البعد الاقتصادي ، البعد القانوني ، البعد الأخلاقي ، البعد الخيري ، مؤسسة ديفاندوس.

" " The study aims to determine the extent of commitment to the practices of social responsibility in the Devandos Foundation for works and Environment in the Valley, by focusing on the economic dimension, the legal dimension, the moral dimension and charitable dimension. The descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the variables of the study and its various dimensions. Collecting information and data, where 31 questionnaires were distributed and all forms were valid for analysis , and based on the analysis of data and information, the study reached many results, the most important of which is that the degree of commitment to the dimensions of social responsibility was good in the Devandus Foundation for Work and the Environment in the vally .
